It began with a conversation between Harry Hallman (2000-2009) and his successor Billy Swails (2009-2013) and has now come to fruition under the leadership of Linda Page. The initial plans were approved more than five years ago, and the new Mount Pleasant Town Hall has finally become a reality. The idea began during a meeting between Hallman, Swails and the town administrator at the time, Mac Burdette.
