Her cooking career launched in 2020 when Sams prepared food for a party and a guest suggested she do it full time. With the support of her fiancé, Brad, she began selling food on Folly Beach. A customer asked if she could cater a wedding that was only three weeks away and Sams eagerly accepted. Since then, the number of weddings and events she has catered onsite has grown each year, from 64 in 2020 to over 200 in 2022. And that doesn’t even include pickup and delivery jobs!
