No stranger to entrepreneurial ventures, Rebeca owns River Landing Dentistry, a rapidly expanding practice with five locations focusing on comfortable dental care across the Charleston area. Additionally, Mike serves as a financial advisor and wealth management strategist. With a deep-rooted passion for community engagement and a natural inclination for growth, the Zechmanns envision a multifaceted future for the farm, including hosting corporate events, wellness retreats and weddings. The couple, accompanied by their three children, Catherine (11), Madeline (9) and Michael (5), have been part of the Charleston community since 2017. Their shared vision for Salty Oak involves establishing a premier equestrian facility with a large stable for high-end boarding and showing, catering to their daughters’ love for horses and creating a wholesome environment for their family to embrace outdoor living. Drawing inspiration from Rebeca’s sister’s success with Carrigan Farms in Mooresville, North Carolina, a renowned farm wedding venue with agri-tainment, the Zechmanns see Salty Oak continuing the legacy of providing a unique and charming space for memorable events.
