I always had a passion for food and acai and poke bowls were and still are my favorite. I thought there was a demand for a fun and healthy fast casual restaurant in Charleston. I’ve loved the hospitality industry since my first job at 13… it’s the people and culture of serving others that makes it so fun. When the opportunity for Brown Fox came, I jumped at it. Coffee is such a routine for people that more than 60% of our customers are regulars. Community is the best part of Brown Fox and the main reason I love to come to work. The patio at Brown Fox is always a party and I love creating a space for connection for our customers. What sticks out the most about Brown Fox? Our slogan since the beginning has been “Good Things Happen Over a Good Cup of Coffee,” and it reflects why we’re the best place to meet. A great cup of coffee can brighten a day, but it’s the friendly barista and welcoming community that makes the difference.
