PETS 12 F A V O R I T E Mimi Breed: Standard poodle Human: Tonya Brisson “Apart from your typical pet-to-human bond, she is also my photography model! I’m a photographer, and she loves to pose for me. It helps me get the lighting set for a session!” Fudge Breed: Boykin spaniel Human: James Trott Burns “Fudge thinks he is a human. You have to spell out words because of his vast understanding of the English language. He watches ‘Jeopardy’ and barks and turns bends his head left or right when the ‘Jeopardy’ buzzer goes off. We think he knows the answer.” Chance Breed: Doberman pinscher Human: Sandra Weathers “My beautiful baby boy Chance is such a loving companion. He still loves me even though I just put him through the ringer with major surgery to repair ACL and meniscus tears. His ‘TPLO’ surgery which he had to have done on both back legs has him up and running like a puppy. I love him so!” Bodhi Breed: Standard Australian shepherd Human: Michelle Sparks “Bodhi is blue merle, which already makes him unique. He is also in training to become a service dog so that he may visit nursing homes and hospitals to bring joy to others. He has already brought me such joy in my life when I needed it the most. The love and joy that he brings to everyone is unconditional and pure. Every day to him is a new adventure, and I am glad I can be a part of it.” Blue Breed: Boykin spaniel Humans: Jeremy, Mandy, Nate and Conner Willis “Our dog, Blue, is unique for many reasons. First of all, he is a Boy- kin spaniel, which is South Carolina’s state dog. We named him Blue because when my youngest son, Conner, picked him out, he was wearing a blue collar. He is 10 years old and is the best dog we have ever had! He is wonderful with our oldest son, Nate, who is autistic and developmentally delayed. He is the perfect dog for our family, and we spoil him rotten!” www.MtPleasant.Pet | www.MPVets.Pet | www.facebook.com/MPpets
