Originally studied English at University of North Carolina - Charlotte and the College of Charleston, but switched gears in 2011 to work in health care and the dental field. Where do you work? Clinical director at Charleston Oral and Facial Surgery. What are your interests and hobbies? I love reading and planting —when I have time! What is your idea of a perfect weekend? Planting outside and checking out local breweries with my husband. What are you looking forward to this summer? Hanging out with my newborn, Charlie, and showing him around Charleston. Boating all day, lunch on Shem Creek and having a cookout with family and friends. What are you looking forward to this summer? Returning to a sense of normalcy and spending time in the sunshine. I currently live downtown, but I would love to live in the Old Village one day. Where are you from originally? Meadville, Pennsylvania. What is your education/experience? Current sophomore at the College of Charleston. Where do you work? I’ve been working at Water’s Edge since the summer of 2020. What are your interests and hobbies? I love working out and going out with my friends. What is your idea of a perfect weekend? A long warm beach day followed by a really busy cabana shift. What are you looking forward to this summer? I’m getting deployed this summer, so I guess that! Where are you from originally? I was born in Columbia, but I’ve lived throughout Mount Pleasant for more than 20 years. What is your education/experience? I graduated with my associate’s degree from Trident Technical College. Where do you work? I started my brewing career when I worked at the local homebrew store in Mount Pleasant. A year later, I was hired at Two Blokes, and I have been here ever since, nearly three years now. What are your interests and hobbies? I have always been a musical person, and I have casually played a couple of instruments through the years. I also enjoy camping and going to the gym. What is your idea of a perfect weekend? My perfect weekend is sitting in the sun in my backyard, drinking beer with my friends. Reminiscent of the early days of the COVID shutdown. What are you looking forward to this summer? I am looking forward to a busy summer with lots of brewing and an end to the pandemic. What is your favorite quote/philosophy? “Relax, don’t worry, have a homebrew” - Charlie Papazian. That’s a quote with great depth of meaning that we could all use these days.
