He is a regular contributor to Playlist and VIP magazines and has written for Grand Strand magazine. Krysta Chapman is a Charleston-based freelance writer who specializes in writing compelling and engaging copy for small businesses around the country. When she’s not working, you can find her at the beach with her mermaid of a daughter, watching baseball (Go Phillies!) or indulging in delicious food with her husband. Veteran journalist and Hollywood executive Bill Farley moved to Mount Pleasant in 2005 and began writing for newspapers and magazines. To date, he has written more than 250 articles on travel, celebrities, the space program and a wide range of Lowcountry topics. His background includes work in network television news, sports and entertainment. Mike Gibbons and his family have lived in Mount Pleasant since 2014. A native of Aiken, he and his wife are both graduates of the University of Alabama. He has been a writer since the mid ’90s, when he started his journalism career at the Aiken Standard. Diane Pauldine , a Charleston native, earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of South Carolina. She and her husband, John, started Direct Marketers of Charleston, a printing/marketing business, running it for more than 20 years. They sold the company in 2014, and Diane now does freelance bookkeeping and writing.
