Its amazing reach of 82.2% of U.S. households with televisions is a testament to how much people enjoy exploring homes. The success of HGTV is the first thing that came to mind when Tonya McGue, our copy editor, told me about her idea to feature some of East Cooper’s beautiful houses in the magazine. As she detailed her vision, I became more excited about this idea. These homes tie into another favorite interest of mine: being able to share with you, year-end real estate information. It made sense to publish our 2019 Top Ten Homes Sold by Neighborhood, TopTenHomesSold.com, surrounded by Mount Pleasant’s most beautiful homes and other home-buying and selling information. Of course, this content complements our special North Mount Pleasant section, too. Mount Pleasant Magazine serves the geographic niche of living in East Cooper.
