Depending on the business model, some owners are getting more creative to meet the needs of those they serve. It might be a greater honor than ever to have a large group of people endorsing the efforts of a particular doctor’s office, restaurant or pet groomer. It truly means the establishment went the extra mile, meeting qualifications they didn’t even know were required.
