Throughout the year in our Coastal Dwellings section, we publish the Top Ten Homes Sold, but our Beautiful Homes edition is the only issue in which we also publish the Top Ten Homes Sold from the previous year. This year features a tour of beautiful homes sold including the most expensive 2025 home sold in Mount Pleasant, along with multiple neighborhoods and neighboring municipalities like Daniel Island, Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island. Based on the feedback we receive we know our readers love the Top Ten Homes Sold section in each issue, but our Beautiful Homes edition is extremely popular. Over the years we’ve extended our offerings to the web at TopTenHomesSold.com, where you will find 23-plus coastal neighborhoods and towns from Pawleys Island and Georgetown, to Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island and Mount Pleasant. Some of the Top Ten Homes Sold date back to 2016, with each one showcasing the listing and selling agent and their company, price per square foot for which it sold, listing and selling prices, etc. We believe the information we’ve been gathering over the years is exclusive to Mount Pleasant Magazine and TopTenHomesSold.com, which is probably one of the reasons I enjoy publishing this issue so much. There is another reason this issue is special to me, though. We started a tradition last year of distributing our Beautiful Homes edition in Augusta during the week of The Masters and in Hilton Head during its RBC Heritage golf tournament. We place them in high-traffic areas and regional airports so we can reach spectators coming in to watch these iconic golf tournaments via private aircraft. Our efforts proved very successful last year. To maintain our reach online we geofenced the golf courses, country clubs and resorts to increase our digital readership on and off the courses and throughout the community. We are projecting 500,000-plus impressions with 10 times the national click-through rate. The local readers in these areas will be eager to read The Masters content (See Page 88) and the Heritage article (See Page 93). However you access Mount Pleasant Magazine, we hope you will find our exclusive articles about these iconic golfing events interesting.
