It’s easy to head north to Georgetown and Pawleys Island. Only a bit beyond that are Myrtle Beach and Little River. Travelling a similar distance south leads to Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head Island. For decades, the convenient location of our Mount Pleasant publishing office has helped us access our clients all along the Carolina coast. For over 15 years that included a shelter-based publication titled Carolina Homes & Interiors. Spending time in Hilton Head is the reason we were asked by the homeowner’s association of Sea Pines Plantation to publish their 50th anniversary special. Publishing adventures like these have allowed our Coastal Dwellings little media company to generate rich content on coastal Carolina from border to border. From history and lifestyle to new developments and homebuilding, Media Services has become a trusted guide. As new communication platforms have entered our world, we’ve found exciting ways to share knowledge and content to expanded audiences. This is what motivated us to launch our podcast and videocast, VOICE for real estate. When we accessed our analytics for VOICEforRealEstate.com we were blown away by what we found. Google told us residents in 23 states and citizens in 414 towns from New York to California had accessed our videocast about South Carolina real estate. Social media stats were equally positive. When we shared episodes with our Facebook and Instagram communities, the reach, views and engagement proved outstanding. Inside the Coastal Dwellings section, you will find more 2021 top ten most expensive homes sold by neighborhood. The list as far back as 2017 is accessible at TopTenHomesSold.com. We’re also excited to share our feature article on Hunter Quinn Homes. This Mount Pleasant-based team is responsible for building the homes featured on HGTV’s “Rock The Block,” which filmed in Summerville’s Nexton community.
