They also do “fresh bread Fridays” and offer Badger and Bird Wisconsin cheese. “We specialize in hand-decorated shortbread cookies and event cakes,” Holdcraft stated. “We also do corporate logo cookies and treat boxes for events, conferences, holidays, customer gifts, et cetera.” As for the unusual business name? “It was a good friend’s idea – that you don’t cook a cookie, you bake a bakie,” she said, then added, “We will have our 10th anniversary February 16. We have always managed to have a great team. We have been blessed with the most wonderful, caring employees, friends and family who have stepped up to help when needed.
