It is fair to say that from kindergarten through 12th grade, school lunch is characterized by fast eating, following rules and engaging in much- needed social time. “I do not like green eggs and ham! In turn, the women and men who man the cafeteria front lines have their own opinions and purpose. Childhood hunger is very much at the forefront.
