From comfortable dining at its best to a seafood-centric menu focusing on the fresh and sustainable ingredients surrounding the area, this spacious and elegant eatery houses two large and comfortable dining areas, a full bar and wine cellar, a private dining room and an open kitchen with a chef ’s table. Executive Chef Matt Canter was raised in a small town in southern Maryland and spent his formative years on the water crabbing, fishing and boating. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in New York, Canter has worked at a wide array of properties. He was most recently sous chef at FIG and executive chef at The Park Café in Charleston.
