Shrimp and Spaghetti
Squash Sauté
Recipe for 1 serving
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup white wine
5 ounces cooked spaghetti
squash
1/2 cup vegetable stock
1 tablespoon feta cheese
Small handful of spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
5 large grilled shrimp
Preparation:
Sauté garlic and tomatoes
in oil. Fold in the next five
ingredients and continue
cooking until heated through. Top
with shrimp and feta. Serve.

Spiced Apple Chai
Recipe for 2 servings
Ingredients:
8 ounces Rishi Masala chai concentrate
16 ounces pure apple cider
Cinnamon
Preparation:
1. Mix chai concentrate and cider
together in a pot.
2. Heat over low heat and bring to a
simmer.
3. Once desired temperature pref-
erence is reached, pour into your
favorite mug.
4. Sprinkle some love and cinnamon
on top.
5. Enjoy!
